Your gateway to secure cryptocurrency management and wallet setup
Trezor® is a leading hardware wallet designed to provide ultimate protection for your cryptocurrency holdings. By setting up your device through trezor.io/start, users can securely manage, store, and transact digital assets without exposing private keys to the internet.
The setup begins by visiting trezor.io/start. Connect your Trezor® Hardware Wallet to your computer using the supplied USB cable. You’ll then be guided to install the Trezor® Suite App, the official interface for wallet management and crypto operations.
Once connected, follow the on-screen instructions to create a new wallet or recover an existing one. Ensure you record your recovery seed safely offline. The recovery seed is essential for restoring access if your device is lost or damaged.
The Trezor® Suite App provides a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring your portfolio, sending or receiving crypto, and managing device settings. To ensure a smooth connection between your Trezor® and computer browser, install Trezor® Bridge. This utility allows secure communication between the wallet and web interface.
Download and install Trezor® Bridge based on your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux). Without it, users may face issues like “Error Connecting Trezor® Account” or being “Unable to verify Trezor® Wallet”.
If you lose access, use your 12 to 24-word recovery phrase to restore your wallet. You can reset two-factor authentication (2FA) or troubleshoot through the Trezor® Help Center. Never share your seed or credentials.
